In the event a product is listed with an incorrect price, DDP (Dirty Delta Performance LLC) reserves the right to refuse or refund orders. Payment will be refunded with a credit to the original form of payment.

Product Color Disclaimer: The pictures and color descriptions on this website make the best effort to accurately represent the products being sold. Products may not match the exact color on website due to lighting, viewing angle, different screens, or being handled. Anodized metal products produced in different batches (ie. different products) can not be guaranteed to match in color or pattern. Feel free to contact DDP for questions about product colors or to request more photos.

Returns: DDP does not offer returns.

Claims: In the event of a shipping or packing error by DDP, then DDP will cover the shipping and handling costs to correct the error. Goods must be in new and unused condition in the original packaging, including all hardware and accessories.

Order Changes & Cancellations: DDP reserves the right to cancel any order at any time for any reason. Online orders may be changed or cancelled up until they are shipped. Any adjustment to cost or delivery schedule due to changes requested by Buyer shall be mutually agreed upon in writing by Buyer and DDP. Any money refunded to buyer after payment is received will be subject to a 3% non-refundable reservation fee to cover processing fees and other costs of cancellation.

Back Orders: We try to avoid back orders, but if one occurs, we will contact you as soon as the backorder situation is realized. If you do not wish to wait, DDP will offer to change the order to a similar product or refund the full cost of backordered products.

Warranty: DDP guarantees its products are free from manufacturing defects at time of delivery but makes no other warranty claims. In the event of a manufacturing defect, the buyer has 30 days from time of delivery to contact DDP and request an exchange. DDP will pay any shipping and handling costs to exchange the product or correct the error.

Liability: Items sold by DDP could possibly void a watercraft manufacturer's warranty. The acceptance and use of merchandise purchased from DDP by the customer releases DDP from any liability related to the use of such merchandise. Any modification or alteration to a watercraft may increase chance at injury, accident, or death, and may make the watercraft illegal for use on public waterways.
